The Rulesof the Stage.

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using any part of the Service, you enter into a legally binding contract with Meli effective as of the date of your first access. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Program Terms (where applicable), and any other policies we publish within the Service. In any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly governs a specific subject matter.

These Terms are drafted in English, which is the controlling language. Any translation is for convenience only; in any inconsistency, the English version governs.

Meli is exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the holder is under 18, without prior notice or liability.

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your real date of birth. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent our age restriction, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate permanent account termination.

Each individual may maintain only one active Meli account. Creating duplicate accounts to evade bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

You may register via Apple Sign-In or Google. By doing so, you authorize Meli to receive limited profile information from those providers as permitted by your consent settings, in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service may not be available or fully functional in all jurisdictions due to legal or technical constraints. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your password or authentication tokens with any third party. Meli will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Notify us promptly at service@meli.club if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meli is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use prior to your notification.

You are fully responsible for all activity occurring through your account, including all content published, streams broadcast, purchases made, gifts sent or received, and all interactions with other users.

Meli is a global live streaming and social community platform that provides:

• Live streaming capabilities allowing any user to broadcast video to a global audience in real time
• Audience participation features including real-time comments, reactions, and virtual gift sending during live streams
• Moments — a short-form social post feature for sharing photos, video clips, and text updates with your community
• A personalized discovery feed surfacing live streams and Moments from creators you follow and may enjoy
• A virtual gift economy enabling audiences to send and creators to receive virtual gifts
• A Creator Monetization Program allowing eligible creators to earn revenue from their content

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Meli is continuously developed. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes affecting your use of the Service, including any changes to the Creator Monetization Program.

Moments are short-form social posts (photos, short video clips, or text updates) you publish to your Meli profile and the community feed. Moments are designed to share your everyday life, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle updates with your followers and the broader Meli community.

You retain ownership of all original Moments you create. By publishing a Moment, you grant Meli the license described in Section 7.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Moments comply with these Terms and applicable law before publishing.

Each Moment can be set to Public, Followers Only, or Private. Public Moments may be surfaced in the discovery feed and viewed by any Meli user. You control visibility per-Moment and may change settings at any time.

Other users may like, comment on, or share your public Moments. By making a Moment public, you accept that other users will engage with it in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You may disable comments on individual Moments from your post settings.

By initiating a live stream on Meli, you voluntarily broadcast your video feed, audio, and any content you display to all users on the platform in real time. You understand and accept the public nature of live broadcasts and take full responsibility for all content you transmit during a stream.

During a live stream, you must comply at all times with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You must not broadcast: nudity or sexually explicit content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics; content that harasses, intimidates, or threatens other users; CSAE-related content of any kind; or any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights including unlicensed copyrighted music.

Meli operates real-time content monitoring during live streams to detect prohibited content. Where prohibited content is detected, the stream may be interrupted without prior warning. The account responsible may be subject to immediate enforcement action including suspension or termination. See Section 9 for CSAE-specific enforcement.

Where Meli offers automatic replay recording, your stream may be stored and made available to viewers after the broadcast ends. You may manage replay settings from your creator dashboard. Where replay is optional, your choice will be clearly presented before or at the start of your broadcast. You are responsible for the content of your replay, including compliance with any licensing obligations for music or third-party content included in the stream.

Viewers participating in a live stream must comply with these Terms. Viewers may not use the comment function to post prohibited content, engage in harassment or targeted abuse of the streamer or other viewers, send inappropriate gifts, or otherwise disrupt the broadcast. Viewers who violate these standards may be removed from the stream and subject to enforcement action.

Live streaming requires camera and microphone access. These permissions are requested at first use and governed by your device's permission controls. You may revoke them at any time in device settings, though this will prevent live streaming. Meli does not access your camera or microphone outside of active stream sessions.

You are solely responsible for all content you publish, broadcast, or submit through the Service, including live streams, Moments, comments, profile content, and all other materials. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to it and that it complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

By posting UGC to Meli, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and technical compatibility), display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service and in connection with marketing the Service, subject to your privacy settings. You retain ownership of all original content you create. This license persists for a commercially reasonable period following deletion to account for technical and legal requirements.

You must not use copyrighted music, video, or other third-party material in your streams or Moments without appropriate licensing or authorization. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices and may remove infringing content and take action against repeat infringers. If you believe content on Meli infringes your copyright, email service@meli.club with subject “Copyright Notice.”

Publication of any UGC on Meli does not constitute our endorsement, verification, or approval of that content. Users rely on community-generated content at their own discretion.

You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content is removed from public view within 48 hours and from production servers within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. Stream replays may have separate retention terms disclosed at the time of broadcast.

Meli brings together creators and audiences from around the world. We ask all members to engage with honesty, creativity, and respect. The richness of our global community depends on every member upholding standards that make the platform welcoming for everyone.

Nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited in all contexts on Meli, including during live streams, in Moments, and in profile content. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account enforcement action up to and including permanent termination.

You may not use Meli to harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person, whether a Meli user or third party. This includes coordinated abuse, doxxing, and targeted campaigns against individual creators or users. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action and may be reported to law enforcement.

Content that promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

You may not misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or organization, engage in deceptive practices, or use Meli to commit fraud against other users including false donation solicitations, fake giveaways, or financial scams.

As a creator, you take on heightened responsibility for the content you broadcast and publish. You are responsible for the conduct of your streams, including managing comments and interactions during broadcasts, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, and disclosing sponsored content or brand partnerships transparently to your audience.

Meli is available exclusively to users who are 18 years of age or older. We implement date-of-birth verification at registration and additional detection measures targeting accounts suspected of being operated by minors. Accounts confirmed to belong to users under 18 will be immediately and permanently terminated.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created a Meli account, contact us immediately at service@meli.club. We will investigate and take all appropriate action including permanent account deletion without delay.

We conduct regular audits of our child safety infrastructure, collaborate with recognized child safety organizations, and continuously update our detection and prevention capabilities in line with evolving best practices and legal requirements.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the Meli name, logo, application design, interface, software, recommendation algorithms, streaming infrastructure, and all original content created by Meli — are owned by or licensed to Meli and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Meli's trademarks, logos, or proprietary marks without our prior written consent.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you agree that Meli may use such feedback freely without obligation to you. You assign to Meli all intellectual property rights in such feedback to the extent assignable under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for securing appropriate licenses for any copyrighted music, sound recordings, or other third-party content used in your live streams or Moments. Meli may mute or remove streams and content that include unlicensed copyrighted material and may take enforcement action against repeat infringers.

Meli may offer a Creator Monetization Program that allows eligible creators to earn revenue from virtual gifts, ad revenue sharing, or other monetization mechanisms. Eligibility requirements, payout rates, and program terms are disclosed separately in the Creator Program Terms, which form part of these Terms for enrolled creators.

Creator earnings are calculated based on virtual gifts received, applicable revenue-sharing arrangements, and any applicable fees or deductions as disclosed in the Creator Program Terms. Payouts are subject to minimum threshold amounts, identity and tax verification requirements, and payment processing timelines. Meli reserves the right to withhold payouts pending resolution of any active investigation into policy violations or fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from your creator earnings. Where required by applicable law, Meli will issue appropriate tax documentation and may withhold taxes as required. You agree to provide accurate tax information as requested by Meli to facilitate compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Meli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Monetization Program or any individual creator's participation in it, with reasonable advance notice where operationally practicable. Any pending earnings at the time of program termination will be processed in accordance with the applicable payout terms, subject to any withholding requirements.

Creators enrolled in the Monetization Program are held to heightened conduct standards. Creators who engage in prohibited activities, violate Community Guidelines, or use prohibited means to inflate their earnings (including fraudulent gift schemes or engagement manipulation) will have their monetization privileges revoked and may have pending earnings forfeited.

Meli may offer virtual currency (such as coins or credits) that users can purchase and use to send virtual gifts to creators during live streams. Virtual currency: (a) has no cash value; (b) is non-transferable between accounts; (c) is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store platform policy; (d) may expire per terms disclosed at point of purchase; and (e) may be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

When you send a virtual gift, you transfer your virtual currency in exchange for a virtual animated item displayed to the creator and stream audience. Virtual gifts are final and cannot be reversed or refunded once sent. Meli retains a platform fee on all gift transactions as disclosed in the app at the point of sending.

You may not engage in coordinated gift manipulation, fake gifting schemes, or any other activity designed to fraudulently inflate creator earnings or virtual currency balances. Such activity is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of all virtual currency and pending creator earnings.

All in-app purchases on Meli, including virtual currency, premium features, and subscriptions, are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play. Meli does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information.

Where Meli offers subscription tiers, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Except as required by applicable law or app store platform policies, all digital content sales and virtual currency purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted to the relevant app store platform. For exceptional circumstances, contact us at service@meli.club.

Subject to your full and continued compliance with these Terms, Meli grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Meli application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal use to access the Service as intended.

This license does not include any right to: sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service; access the Service via automated means including bots or scrapers; or circumvent any security or access control feature of the Service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Meli. Unauthorized use automatically terminates your license and may expose you to legal liability.

Live stream delivery relies on third-party CDN providers to distribute broadcasts globally. These providers process encrypted stream data as technical intermediaries under data processing agreements prohibiting independent use of your content.

Meli is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site linked from the Service. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

Your use of Meli downloaded from the Apple App Store is additionally subject to Apple's App Store Terms. From Google Play, additionally subject to Google Play's Terms. In any conflict, the applicable platform's terms prevail for platform-specific matters.

In connection with your use of the Service, you agree not to:

• Broadcast or publish nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or prohibited material in any context
• Record or capture another user's live stream or Moment content for redistribution without their explicit consent
• Manipulate virtual currency, gift transactions, or creator earnings through fraudulent means
• Impersonate any person, organization, or Meli representative
• Access or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service or its underlying technology
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without prior written authorization
• Upload or transmit malware or any other malicious code
• Harvest user data or contact information without authorization
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service or its infrastructure
• Use live stream or Moments features to conduct or facilitate financial scams or fraudulent solicitations

You may not use the Service to develop competing products, systematically extract or resell Meli content, or conduct commercial activities beyond those expressly permitted by these Terms or the Creator Program Terms.

Meli reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, moderate, interrupt, remove, or take action on any content or user behavior at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Moderation uses automated systems and human reviewers guided by these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Meli may interrupt a live stream in real time where our monitoring systems detect prohibited content or behavior. Stream interruption does not require prior warning. Creators whose streams are interrupted will receive notification of the reason where operationally practicable.

You may report any live stream, Moment, comment, or user profile that appears to violate these Terms using the in-app reporting function. Reports are reviewed by our safety team. Submitting false or malicious reports to harm other users is itself a Terms violation and may result in enforcement action.

Violations may result in: warning; content removal; temporary feature restrictions; monetization suspension; temporary account suspension; or permanent account termination. Severity is calibrated to the nature and seriousness of the violation. For CSAE violations or severe illegal conduct, immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral occur without warning or appeal.

For enforcement actions not involving CSAE or content illegal under applicable law, you may appeal by emailing service@meli.club with subject “Enforcement Appeal” providing relevant details. We review appeals in good faith. CSAE-related terminations are not subject to appeal.

You may delete your Meli account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account or by emailing service@meli.club. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused virtual currency or active subscription fees, except as required by applicable law. Any pending creator earnings are processed subject to applicable payout terms and minimum thresholds.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the platform or its users. We will provide notice where legally required and operationally feasible, except where urgent safety action is required.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Public content may remain visible unless you request deletion. Creator earnings pending at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Provisions surviving termination include Sections 7.2, 10, 16, 19, 20, 21, and 22.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MELI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MELI DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING LIVE STREAMS AND MOMENTS. MELI DOES NOT WARRANT THE IDENTITY, CONDUCT, OR INTENTIONS OF ANY USER. YOU INTERACT WITH OTHER USERS AND THEIR CONTENT ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

MELI MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT THROUGH THE CREATOR MONETIZATION PROGRAM OR THAT VIRTUAL GIFT REVENUE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. CREATOR EARNINGS ARE VARIABLE AND DEPEND ON FACTORS OUTSIDE MELI'S CONTROL.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MELI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FROM THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS, EVEN IF MELI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Meli's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid directly to Meli (excluding amounts paid to Apple or Google) in the twelve months preceding the claim; or (b) USD $50. Where applicable law does not permit certain caps, Meli's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

The limitations in this Section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and form an essential element of the agreement between you and Meli. Meli would not provide the Service without these limitations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meli and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content (including your live streams and Moments); (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of applicable law; (e) your infringement of any third-party right; or (f) any harm caused by you to another user through your use of the Service.

Meli reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully and may not settle any claim imposing obligations on Meli without our prior written consent.

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at service@meli.club describing the dispute and the relief sought. We will respond in good faith within 30 days. If not resolved within 60 days, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution.

Except for small claims court matters and except where prohibited by applicable law, all disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitral institution in the jurisdiction of Meli's principal place of business. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND MELI EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All claims must be brought individually. If this waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, the arbitration provision in Section 22.2 shall not apply to that claim.

For users in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration or class action waivers are unenforceable as a matter of law (including EU member states and the United Kingdom), these provisions shall not apply to the extent prohibited. Such users retain the right to bring disputes before courts of competent jurisdiction in their country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meli is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in your country of residence impose higher standards that cannot be contracted out of.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection legislation, your statutory rights are not limited by these Terms. In any conflict between these Terms and your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail to the extent of the conflict.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. This includes material changes to the Creator Monetization Program, which will be communicated at least 30 days in advance where practicable.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect via in-app notice, push notification, and/or email. Non-material clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and (where applicable) Creator Program Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meli regarding the Service.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified minimally to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized Meli representative.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Meli may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users.

Meli shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics. We will endeavor to notify users and restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable.

We aim to acknowledge inquiries within 5 business days and respond within 30 days.

Formal legal notices must be submitted to service@meli.club with subject “Legal Notice.” Notices become effective upon our written acknowledgment.

Report suspected CSAE via the in-app Report function on any stream, Moment, or profile, or email service@meli.club immediately with subject “CSAE Report.” These are our absolute highest-priority safety matter, actioned without delay.
